CleanAI is an AI-powered code analysis tool that helps identify unused code, dead exports, and deprecated functions in software projects. The Service is provided as a VS Code extension and web dashboard.

IMPORTANT: CleanAI uses artificial intelligence to analyze code and provide suggestions. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated analysis and suggestions may contain errors, inaccuracies, or false positives
The Company is not responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated suggestions
You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any changes before implementing them
The Company is not liable for any code deletions, modifications, or damages resulting from using AI suggestions
AI analysis should be used as a guide only, not as definitive instructions

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BELOYAL TOGETHER AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM AI-GENERATED SUGGESTIONS OR AUTOMATED CODE MODIFICATIONS.

5. Your Responsibilities

Maintain backups of your code before using the Service
Review all AI suggestions before implementing changes
Use version control and test changes in a safe environment
Do not rely solely on AI analysis for critical decisions

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
